The traditional Japanese brioche (トースト) is known for its soft and melting texture, we have worked on a special recipe with protein-rich Italian wheat flour to give it a more elastic and nutritious side.


Our homemade brioche can be eaten plain or as an accompaniment like bread, and you can also enjoy savory or sweet sandwiches, made daily on site.
